2014 Miles From Nowhere Chardonnay

A good reminder of just how versatile and responsive to wine making technique the  Chardonnay grape can be. You'd be forgiven mistaking this for Sauvignon Blanc the way it is drinking currently.

Some fresh cut grass and green apple aromas sit alongside wet stone and herbaceous notes. A clean palate with mid-level acidity. A touch astringent, I found this much better with food. A good wine considering it's price.
